Ac. M.S., D.O.M.(NM) is a New York, North
Carolina and New Mexico Licensed Acupuncturist, a Registered Respiratory
Therapist (an AMA approved specialty) as well as a Certified

Certification of Acupuncturists. He holds a Diploma in Acupuncture and
Herbology, as well as the title, Doctor of Oriental Medicine (DOM) from
the state of New Mexico, which adds the specialty of Homeopathy.
He received his western training at New
York University - Bellevue in Respiratory Therapy (1982) and graduated
from Tri State College of Acupuncture with honors (1984). .Vitale has
been practicing yoga, martial arts, and pranic healing techniques for
over 30 years. Vitale is also an ordained minister in the Universal Life Church.
.He works with a
variety of patients finding great success in allergies,
gynecology, gastrointestinal syndromes, thyroid, pain, emotional disorder, sport
related issues, among other maladies using a variety of techniques listed below.
Oriental Medicine Vitale is primarily trained in Oriental Medicine, a discipline over 5,000
years old. This, in itself, might seem unbelievable since most equate this
practice to the "new age" culture. It is only "new" to us. It is based
on a sincerely holistic philosophy so as to include both objective and
subjective symptoms. Aspects of Chinese Medicine have been practiced by
almost all cultures. Because the Chinese were historically inclined ,
they have preserved this "naturopathic" science for posterity.
NAET
This treatment (Dr. Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique)
is a collage of kinesiology, yogic breathing,
and acupuncture. It is geared towards desensitizing the patient to
foods, environmental substances and chemicals that "act" as an allergen.
Furthermore, some doctors have successfully
experimented with the desensitization of medical drugs via NAET. This
allows one to take drugs with lessening of their side efects. Vitale
has included this in his repertoire of treatments. Patient Self Treatment Vitale also teaches methods of self-treament. This allows the patient to get closer to his/her self. By becoming more aware, they see more clearly how what they do may provoke imbalance.
Kinesiology What Vitale has done over the 25 years of his training and practice
is integrate various methods of healing techniques that allow him to tap
into your healing process. He emphasizes patient direction and not
practitioner judgement. This is done by asking the body, through
kinesiology, what is the priority at the time the patient is in his
office.
What is the value of this approach? Firstly, the ego of the
practitioner is lessened in the evaluation of the patient's needs.
Secondly, the healing of the patient is best served when the priority
path is ascertained. Just imagine it as trying to heal in the proper sequence
in order to lessen the trauma on the patient. This assumes that the patient's
innate wisdom is superior to anyone elses, in its healing process -
something Vitale believes, strongly.
Computerized BioGen Technologies This method assesses Bio-informational Potential through a 5 point contact system. Using subtle bio-frequencies, the computer is able to assess states of imbalance and then apply frequencies to restore balance. It is helpful in allergies, deficiencies and well-being.
Biontology A computerized application to measure acupuncture points. After finding the appropriate points the Chiren (computer) will emite BioPhotons (Body Light) to balance the body's systems to promote healing.
